Ministry opportunities exist for Welfare Representatives among Army, Navy and Air Force personnel. Representatives manage and minister from recreation centres on military bases. Opportunities are given for field ministry, accompanying troops on military exercises and operations.

Applicants will show a clear calling to the work, proven evangelism gifting and a willingness to work under sometimes harsh conditions. Bible training is necessary.

Positions exist for full-time and part-time ministry and successful applicants will be accredited by the Australian Defence Force. Previous military experience is preferred but not necessary. Everyman's Welfare Service assists staff in partnership development, housing, removals and training.
