Update from Phil Marshall
It’s been wonderful to see how doors have opened to share the Everyman’s story over the past few months. Recently, Chief Commissioner Marc Wheway and I had the privilege of spending five days in Perth with the wonderful folk of the Nollamara Church of Christ, sharing at their ‘Mission Possible’ missionary dinner, alongside meeting with various other church leaders in the region. Since commencing, I have enjoyed sharing the Everyman’s journey, and doors continue to open with individuals who had never heard of our involvement with ADF. I stand amazed, that as you position yourself to share the gospel… opportunities open before you! As such, we are experiencing favour with numerous individuals, organisations and businesses. I believe that the days before us are greater than the days behind, so I want to encourage you to continue in your partnership with Everyman’s. PERSONAL TESTIMONY OF THE WORK: “Recently, I, alongside Reps. Grant-Woodford, Gibson and Turner, had the privilege of meeting the troops at Greenbank at 0500, midway through their 25km march. There, Everyman’s offered the soldiers of 8/9 a hot or cold drink, a listening ear, and a word of encouragement. Bibles, tracts and booklets were on offer and the gospel was briefly shared with a few before departing.” If you’d like to hear more, I am continually on the lookout for opportunities to share about the work. Please don’t hesitate to contact me through Head Quarters to arrange a deputation in your Church. Thank you for partnering with us. I look forward to doing much together in the days ahead.
