Anzac Bikkie

1 cup S.R. flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup coconut
1 teaspoon Bi-carb soda
120g butter
¼ cup golden syrup
1 egg
¼-½ cup mixed fruit (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients.
Heat butter & golden syrup together, combine with dry ingredients.
Beat egg lightly & add to mixture.
Bake for approx 12 minutes at 190⁰C
