ANZAC BISCUIT RECIPE

Recipe

  • 1 cup S.R. flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Bi-carb soda
  • 120g butter
  • ¼ cup golden syrup
  • 1 egg
  • ¼-½ cup mixed fruit (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients.

Heat butter & golden syrup together, combine with dry ingredients.Beat egg lightly & add to mixture.

Bake for approx 12 minutes at 190⁰C
