It is with great joy we welcome back Shane after being away from Everyman’s for many years. He initially served with Everyman’s in the 1980’s and 90’s.
In that time, he was posted to several locations around Australia including Kapooka, Bonegilla, Bandiana and Darwin. Furthermore, he served on an overseas operation in Cambodia as part of Australia’s peace keeping mission there. Shane comes back to us to serve part time for now when work permits and leave provides opportunity. Shane will mainly be helping out at Simpson Barracks Watsonia and is open to filling in at EWS HQ Bandiana, and most importantly at Kapooka being a very high tempo base having a great need
for Everyman’s services. Though out of Everyman’s for a long period of time there are many things about the ministry that never change, as we support Defence members both at home and abroad. Shane is able to bring his years of experience back into the modern generation of Everyman’s REPs, albeit adjusting himself to the modern Defence environment and culture, which has changed markedly since he was last with us. Keep Shane in your prayers as he will no doubt find himself tackling new challenges and adjustments, but at the same time being able to share his experiences from previous service with a view to making the Everyman’s ministry more and more relevant and effective.
Our Reps would love to hear from you and be blessed by your prayers & support.
